All new AMS and Neve products come with a 12-month factory guaranteed warranty. If your unit is not performing to the expected level, our expert factory-trained technicians with the latest technical and diagnostic equipment will help restore your product’s performance to the AMS Neve level. In addition, Neve Care allows you to protect your assets after this period has expired, so you can focus on what matters the most – being creative.

Benefits of the program include free telephone and e-mail communication for operational help and diagnostic support and free shipping of replacement parts, including shipping of the return, faulty item(s) to our HQ to give you peace of mind that a repair bill doesn’t follow an unexpected failure.

Which Products is Neve Care available for?

Currently, Neve Care is available on all of our console range. If you’re taking out Neve Care after having your console over 12 months, your console will be subject to a pre-Neve Care check by one of our Support Engineers. Once deemed acceptable, your Neve Care will become active. Neve Care runs year-to-year.
