British Grove wins Best Studio accolade

Congratulations to Mark Knopfler’s British Grove, voted Best Studio at the inaugural UK Music Producers Guild Awards.
Knopfler spared no expense in designing his facility, including equipping it with a 96-channel analogue Neve 88R console and vintage Neve outboard. And while, talking to Mix, he might jokingly have suggested that British Grove might be ‘analog's last great shout’, the Producers Guild accolade demonstrates that he (and Neve) got it dead right.
